Cancellation requests must be received as follows:
Mobile Services - 2 hours prior to scheduled services
Virtual Services - 1 hours prior to scheduled services
Live Receptionist - 48 hours prior to scheduled services
If you place a phone order or book online with us and request to cancel an appointment for any reason outside of the stated time frames, there will be no refunds. All after hour service requests are none refundable unless we are unable to accommodate your request. Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis to offer a partial refund for after hour service requests canceled within one hour after services are requested. Full refunds will be provided in the event that we are not able to complete your service. ERA CO and its agents reserve the right to refuse to service any client for any reason any time at the discretion of ERA CO with at least twenty-four hours notice to the client. If client service agreement is terminated before completion of services due to no fault of the client, all funds for remaining will be returned in a prorated refund to the client. For all cancelation requests made outside of the time frame described above, there will be a fee (not to exceed $25) assessed to the client.
All service fees paid electronically using Credit, Debit or E-Check must be returned to the original payment method utilized to purchase said service(s). Once refund is issued, please allow 5-7 business days for the returned funds to process back to your payment method. If it has been more than 7 days, please contact your financial intuition before reaching out to our support team. If your payment was processed via E-Check, please allow 7-14 business days for those funds to return to your financial intuition.
